We make every effort to ensure your precious memories are handled with great caution and care.
Payments
When purchasing online, payment is via either bank account transfer or card payment.

When ordering directly over email, we're happy for you to pay when you're happy with the results, although must be done within 30 days of receiving the invoice (as specified on the invoice).

Refunds and Customer Satisfaction
If you cancel your order during the conversion process your tapes will be returned and you will be refunded 50% of the payment made.
​
If you encounter a problem with your converted digital file please contact us we will try to re-convert at no cost. If unable to convert the tape/s will be refunded.
